At Vectorynqs S.R.L. we process the personal data you provide when contacting us through the site form. This document explains what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have under Bolivian Law 164 on Telecommunications and Information Technologies and applicable international best practice in 2026.

2. Data we process
We only process data you voluntarily submit through the contact form: name, email address and the message you write. The site does not request documents, banking data or sensitive information.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to reply to editorial enquiries, send you related material and keep a basic communications log. The legal basis is your explicit consent when submitting the form.
4. Retention
We keep messages for a maximum of twenty-four months from the last interaction. Afterwards they are securely deleted, unless required otherwise by law.
5. Recipients
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We may rely on technology providers (email, hosting) acting as processors under contract.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, objection, deletion and portability by writing to hola@vectorynqs.com. We reply within a maximum of thirty calendar days.
